Obama and Friends: On Marriage

A biracial man thinks he is black and, in so doing, evidences egregious self-serving blindness to biological reality.  Perhaps that man, Barry Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama, rationalizes his eminently convenient “I’m black and only black” delusion by appealing to social factors–a cultural definition of black. 

The arrogant Obama contempt for biological reality prompts me to ask, “Is a mule a horse?’’  The simple physiological fact is that a mule has thirty-two horse chromosomes and thirty-one donkey chromosomes.  If a mule participates in, even wins, the Kentucky Derby does that make him a horse?  No more so than does social double speak make a man with twenty-three white and twenty-three black chromosomes black rather than biracial.  But, unlike the lowly mule, Barack not only gets away with claiming to be black, but is supported, even lauded, by like-minded others for saying so.

Emboldened by his socially accepted distorted racial reality testing, Obama does not hesitate to fully endorse what Joe Biden, his Vice President, said about gay [Is it possible to be gay and sad simultaneously?] marriage on the May 6, 2012 Meet the Press news program:

I am absolutely comfortable with the fact that men marrying men, women marrying women and heterosexual men and women are entitled to the same exact rights, all the civil rights, all the civil liberties.  And quite frankly, I don't see much of a distinction beyond that.

Failure to see a distinction between gay and heterosexual marriage is like failing to recognize the differences between a Thoroughbred and a Draft Mule.  Only a modern America Ass could forget the Sociology 101 lesson advising that families evolved primarily to procreate and nurture children who share an equal genetic endowment from its biological father and biological mother, and that having a biological father and biological mother provides the best opportunity for a child to learn to relate to men, women, and society. 

Perhaps Barack Obama and Joe Biden need a Survivor-like reality show in which two men or two women are dropped into the bush to “go forth and multiply.”  Week by week, we could watch their progress toward pregnancy and parturition and, if they successfully mate and produce a child,  I volunteer to babysit whenever they want to attend Obama-oriented fundraising events.

Obama and his elitist supporters do not care one bit about what is best for children or for the broader society, only about what is best for themselves.  Barack’s views of marriage have been influenced by his alcoholic, polygamist, wife-beating father and by his mother who taught him contempt for traditional American mores   Obama’s movie star friends think of marriage as no big thing: marriage as a state of being that can be initiated and concluded within the time required to read Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals. 

The Washington Post suggests that “one in six of Obama’s top campaign ‘bundlers’ are gay.”   Barack panders to them because, being marginalized, gays are exquisitely vulnerable to Machiavellian manipulation; they also are where the money is.  Rainbow Referrals, a gay-oriented real estate referral agency, suggests the following:

·         Twice as likely to have graduated college.

·         Over 90% took a domestic trip during the year of research study.

·         65% identify themselves as having to have the “latest”.

·         68% upgrade to a product’s latest model.

·         77% “believe in indulging in themselves”.

·         57% “prefer to buy top-of-the line”.

·         59% buy themselves whatever they want.

Barack Obama regards gays as a minority oppressed by evil, mainstream white society and as a well-heeled group ripe for his financial and political exploitation–characteristics that make him swoon with giddy expectation whenever he is in their presence.  Since entertainment superstars are overrepresented among gays and gay supporters, the always elitist-loving Barack also gains in “swagggerly” stature through association with them.  For instance, on May 10, 2012, Forbes magazine reported that George Clooney hosted Obama at “his enormous estate in the hills of Studio City, Calif. at a $40,000-a-plate re-election fundraiser” and that Obama handlers were reluctant to disclose the names of the150 persons who attended.

But I should not be too hard on Barack Obama for his gay marriage stand; it merely is a natural extension of his personality.   Barack majored in political science at Columbia; biology never was his forte.  His failure to learn genetics accounts for the President’s preternatural beliefs about his racial heritage.  We should not expect someone who does not clearly comprehend the basics of his own racial physiology and social identity to understand the Gordian Knot of heterosexual and family relationships.

Barack Hussein Obama will continue to use gay marriage to draw a proverbial “bright red line” between himself and Mitt Romney.  The gay marriage issue is a just what the doctor ordered: an identity-assuaging elixir that reassures him about his personal identity, and a titillating stimulant that affords fun, profit, and elitist affiliation.  For a professional demagogue, there’s nothing better.
